Text: Painting of Reiun Zenji watching peach blossom. I have been searching a rival swordsman (an object) for 30 years. How many times have I risked my life! But I have never doubted since I once watched peach blossom up to now. Painted in the quiet room under the tree in the summer time 1837, Obaku Dokushi.
Temple: The 31st chief abbot of Manpuku-ji. Eimyo-ji in Okayama. Kakuen-ji in Yamaguchi.
Data: He practiced Zen under Yuho Nyotetsu. He became the abbot of Kakuen-ji in Yamaguchi in 1825. He was selected to be the chief abbot of Mapuku-ji in 1836.
