９ Weapon instruction

（１）湯口を切り落としてから、キット表面に付いている離型剤（油分）を、専用の離型剤剥離剤かクリームクレンザーを使って落とします。

(1)Leave a stump. Then completely remove oil stain of a mold release on the kit. To use remover or to wash with a toothbrush etc. by mixing cleanser and neutral detergent.

（２）バリ、空気抜きの切り欠きを削り落とします。気泡をエポパテ、ポリパテ、ラッカーパテを適時使って埋めます

(2)Remove extra tabs.Fill in bubbles. Use suitable putty for every parts. Read a discription before using putty.。

（３）本体、ストックパッド、シア、マガジンキャッチの穴を開けます。穴の直径は後部スリングスイベル用（５ミリ）、ストックパッド用（４ミリ）を除いてすべて３ミリです。

(3)Drill a hole the main frame, a butt plate, a shear and a magazine catch each. The hole for the rear sling swivel is 5mm in diameter and for the butt plate is 4mm. The other holes are 3mm.

（４）ステアーＡＵＧを図の段階まで分解します。

(4)Take a MARUI Steyr AUG apart to pieces as same as the picture.

（５）図の部品の両サイドを削り落します。バレルを２９センチに切りつめます。

(5) Scrape both sides of the parts on the picture.Saw off the barrel to 29cm in length.

（６）トリガーを組み立てます。トリガーの動きを制限している小さいパーツ（トリガー基部の両サイドの立方体内部にバネと共に入っています）を２個とも取り外します。シアにトリガーをビス止めします。

(6)Assemble the trigger. Remove two parts which control the trigger.These are with springs in the cubes both sides of the trigger. 　　Screw the trigger on the shear.

（７）セレクターガイドを図のようにトリガーに接着します。

(7) Glue the selector guide for the trigger as same as the picture.

(８)アルミパイプの片方の端に切り込みを入れ、ステアーの前のスリングスイベルを差し込みます。切り込みを折り曲げ、瞬着を流し込んで折り曲げ部のみ固めます。（瞬着を付けすぎるとスリングスイベルが回らなくなります）

(8)Make cuts into the alminum pipe and put the front sling swivel of the MARUI Steyr AUG into it. Then bend the pieces of the pipe and glue it with a instant glue. (CAUTION: Don't use too much glue or it don't work.)

（９）Ｍ−１６とステアーのマガジンを分解します。Ｍ−１６の外側にステアーの内部を差し込み接着します。多弾数マガジンを入れる場合は、１６マグの底板を外してゼンマイを巻けるようにします。本体にメカボックスを組み入れてみて、（５）の部品にマガジンの先端が入るように、マガジンキャッチがひっかかる切り込みを入れます。

(9) Take the magazines of a MARUI M-16 and the MARUI Steyr AUG apartto pieces. Put the inside parts of the MARUI Steyr's in the frame of the MARUI M-16's. And glue these.When you put in a large capacity magazine, you must take off the magazine base of M-16's to wind up the spring.Put the instrument in the main frame. Put the top of the magazine in the parts of order No.5 picture. Make a cut into the magazine for the magazine catch.

（１０）各部を組み立てます。ビスが少し余るように設定してあるので、飛び出た部分を切り落とします。

(10) Assemble every parts. Cut down sticked out screw ends.

完成。
