DECFL can estimate the fluorescence-decay parameters by deconvolution. It can handle single- and double-exponential decay processes with or without a scattering factor. To estimate the parameters, a reduced chi-square value is minimized by the SIMPLEX searching method through iterative convolution of observed lamp data and a kinetic model. Autocorrelation and th Durbin-Watson test will be used to evaluate the residuals.
