There is a parking lot for standard cars for worshipping visitors in the Fushimiinari shrine precinct. Honmachi street in front of Fushimiinari shrine is a one-way traffic going northward. So you have to enter Honmachi street from the south and turn right on the left side of the Japanese restaurant "Tamaya" and drive toward the Fushimiinari shrine precinct. This parking lot is free of charge. But it often becomes full very quickly; so many times, we may not be able to park at this place. As it is hard to find the Fushimiinari parking lot with vacancy, one may be better off using the parking lots at alongside of Shidan street. There are also some "Time's" parking lots behind the Cerema Inari City Hall. Note that the Kyoto public transportation system, consisting of city busses, subways, Keihan train, and JR Nara Line, is so conveniently available and efficient. It is thus the best way to go to Fushimiinari for the sake of the global environment, including that of the Fushimi Inari Shrine. 大きな地図で見る |
