'At night, there's something strange floating on a canal running south of Okazaki Zoo (Sakyo district. Near from Heian-Jingu Shrine.)'
To confirm this rumor, I, Taro Ukiyoe (A fictitious name. 560 years old), went there on May 31 only to find nothing strange. I was very disappointed.
But when I was almost to leave there, I saw small mysterious lights glittering were flying above the canal.
