Mystery
A Frozen Hooded gull
(January 22, 1998)

In winter, hooded gulls come to Kyoto.
They stay at Kamo-gawa river during daytime, and stay at Biwako lake at night.

One day. When a hooded gull flew down to the river to catch a fish, he stopped at the surface of the river as if he was frozen up. (At the right bottom of a bellow photo, there is a white hooded gull that is frozen up.)

A lot of people gathered and watched it. They asked each other,
'What happened?'
The hooded gull returned to its normal and natural condition 5 minutes after, and flew back to his fellow birds.

This was a piece of mischief done by Mr. Choron who came from M794 Galaxy.
Mr.Choron said,
'I didn't freeze up a human. How kind I am!'
How troublesome Mr.Choron is!
