Though I wonder if it is true, April 8 is said to be a birthday of Shakyamuni, Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism.

His birthday is not well known in Japan, in spite of lots of Buddhists here.
On the contrary, almost all Japanese know when Jesus Christ was born, although christians are quite few here.

Around 2 a.m. of April 8 this year, a sorrowful shout was heard by many people,
'Please celebrate my birthday, too ! '

Was it a shout of Shakyamuni ? No ! He had been spiritually awakened. He never wishes such.
It was a shout of a lonely father who was isolated in his family.

Maybe this 39 years old father needs spiritual enlightenment like Shakyamuni.
