Walking along Kamo-gawa River, near Sanjo-Ohashi Bridge and Shijo-Ohashi Bridge, you will find lots of young couples sitting along the river, and will wonder what they are doing. (The bellow photo shows the scene.)

They are entrants of Psychokinesis Fishing Contest.
Groups of entrants sitting at even intervals are trying keenly to fish without a fishing rod but with their Psychokinesis.

Though the contest has been held for more than at least 10 years, nobody has succeeded in the challenge.
