A: Yes, not only throughout Japan but also other parts of the world. Sometimes we engage the assistance of foreign colleagues.

Q: Do you ever work with the police?

A: Yes, we do when necessary. Fortunately we have excellent relationships with the police who help us as far as rules and regulations permit.

Q: Can you guarantee that the subject will not become aware that information is being gathered about him?

A: No, we can not control the people to whom we are speaking but we do build certain security measures into our approaches where possible. The name of our client is always protected.

Q: Are you able to guarantee success?

A: No. It would to be unrealistic and wrong to entice clients with such a promise. We have never promised anything but our long established clients are obviously satisfied.
