Renal cell carcinoma tends to present multiple hematogenous metastases. But metastasis to the paranasal sinuses is rare. We encountered metastasis of renal cell carcinoma to the ethmoidal and sphenoidal sinuses. Because of extensive lesion, we selected debulking surgery. The residual tumor was treated with radiation combined with Docetaxel. This treatment controlled progression of the tumor and contributed to the quality of life of the patient.
Key words :renal cell carcinoma, metastases to paranasal sinuses, radiation therapy, docetaxel
