These materials have superior properties on such as mechanical strength, hardness, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance that can be brought about from crystal structure and also have superior characteristics on heat resistance in addition to smoothness due to homogeneity of the surface. TCAS-96 has superior property as insulating material, and TCAS-998 is the grade, improved version of TCAS-995, whose surface condition is further improved as mirror reflection.
