With the RX25, I can receive Radio NIKKEI (Radio Tampa) broadcasting of 6055 kHz in the 49-meter band from Tokyo, Japan. The RX25 has a variable-frequency oscillator (VFO) and a local oscillator with a fixed frequency of 6565 kHz, which are selected with a switch. A radio indicator ("rajiketa") displays AGC voltage of dual-gate MOSFET gate 2. A rajiketa is an inexpensive meter that does not have linearity with respect to the angle.
