Ceramics ,which are made by baking inorganic materials, are drawing close attention and are being developed as the materials which have superior characteristics on such as abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and also have properties which metallic materials do not possess. We, at Industrial Engineering Ceramics Department of Takao Manufacture Co.,Ltd., have manufactured ceramics materials such as new raw materials highly evaluated as high tenacity Zirconia and slide members, and heat resistance materials excellent in high temperature property and thermal shock, applying every possible molding methods in addition to conventional almina and titania ceramics products since 1973 when we started manufacturing ceramics products. We manufacture parts of fine ceramics under the consistent process from adjustment of raw materials, molding, baking up to lapping with our unique technology , utilizing the properties of fine ceramics which metallic materials do not possess, and supply our customers with them at requested shapes and requested lots.
